So this way he will get my name and email address and will build his email list very easily.

Further, in solo ad you pay on PER CLICK Basis to your LINK or Hyperlink in your email to a person for sending out your email to his email list.
For example, you want to send out your email to a Person’s List and you purchase 100 clicks from him to send out your email with your link and one click cost is $.20 cent.
So in that case, when a person sends out your email with your link to his email list and out of his total email lists (email subscriber) 100 people click on your link which is in your email then your cost would come i.e. $20.
