But before giving six Facebook Live Tips first I wanna discuss something about Facebook Live. Right!
So as you can see every top Entrepreprenuer, Leader, Speaker now-a-days is doing Facebook Live while connecting with their followers. Really its great feature that Facebook has.
Some of the leaders are using Facebook Live daily for personal as well as business purposes.
So it is very important that you must know how to use Facebook Live properly. It doesn’t matter whether you’re using Facebook Live for personal use or Business purpose. Ok!
But main point is that you have to know how to use Facebook Live in a proper way. Right!
Ok so let’s start.
Six Facebook live tips from the self-proclaimed Facebook Live queen:
1. Go Live With An Idea.
Much like a public speaker who never gets to the point and you zone out, be prepared with at least your topic and bullet points of what you plan on covering so people don’t literally turn you off.
On this note, USE NOTES.
Also on this subject, *get to the point*. It’s easy to get caught up in the people who are watching live, but that isn’t who you’re talking to. You’re talking to the replayers. NEVER start your live “waiting for some people to get on”.
2. Use Good Lighting.
At minimum find yourself a window and put your face in it. If keep clip lights for your phone (just go to Amazon and Google “selfie clip light”. When you’re at home then have a full lighting system.
Side note – lose the busy background. You want people looking at you, not judging what interesting miscellaneous artifacts are on your shelves.
3. Be Hands-Free.
I’m not interested in watching a home-made version of the Blair Witch Project where your camera is shaking around like a leaf.
At minimum stack some books up and lean your phone against them. You can purchase tripods for cheap off of Amazon as well.

If possible, stand. Your energy will come across much stronger. Speaking of, UP YOUR ENERGY. This is your show. Entertain
4. Ask For Engagement.
There’s nothing wrong with asking for shares after you’ve just spat fire! During your live, treat it like you’re talking to people!
Hint: You can say something like “if you agree drop a 1 below”. Facebook prioritizes newsfeeds based off the engagement, so ask for it.
5. Have A Great Headline.
Have a great headline that gives something but not everything. Right!
Think of your headline as foreplay. Don’t be the weird dude at the bar trying to give it all away on the first date, ya creep! No interest!
6. Embrace The Suck.
Much like working out, you were awkward and it was painful when you began.
You will get good and furthermore develop your muscle by practicing, so here I am a huge fan of 90 days of consistent lives.
Go for Facebook Live at least for 90 days. Surely day by day you will get better and better. Nobody is perfect at first. Right!
Bonus Tip:
If you get severe anxiety about going live invest in a post-it note and cover the screen.
You’ll only be able to see the love and comments below, instead of focusing on the number of people (whether high or low), or see your face where you stare at some imperfection on your face that doesn’t exist and get nervous.

Finally, I would say that if you’re a leader or networker and if you’re not using Facebook Live then somewhere you’re losing your business.
